Performer Biography
Alicja Fiderkiewicz chose to study at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, England, under Professor Ryszard Bakst, despite being offered a place at the Juilliard School of Music in New York.
Composer's Artistic Vision
Schumann created two imaginary characters, Florestan for his impetuous side and Eusebius for his contemplative side, which he used for dialogues about life and music.
