Duo Rosa was formed in 2014 by soprano Stephany Ortega and pianist Léna Kollmeier, who met while studying at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.

The recording of William Bolcom's 'The Serpent's kiss' for this album was made on a Yamaha CFIII piano previously played by Chick Corea and Jamie Cullum.
