Harpsichordist Jean Rondeau and lutenist Thomas Dunford join forces on the Erato album “Barricades”, which features music from the Versailles court of Louis XIV and Louis XV. Composers featured include Robert de Visée, Marin Marais, Marc-Antoine Charpentier and François Couperin, whose beloved miniature Les barricades mistérieuses gives the album its title.
