Olwen Morris, the pianist on this album, began piano lessons at age four with Josef Gruenbaum, a lawyer and musician who had fled Nazi Germany to rural Wales.
Recording & Production
These current CDs were completed in 2021, with some works dating from early performances and others, including pieces by Liszt, Elgar, and Debussy, learned during the 2020-21 lockdown.
