Brescianello's Opus 1, the only set of works he chose to publish, was printed in Amsterdam around 1727 by Le Cene, a highly sought-after European musical printing house.

Brescianello became Director musices at the Württemberg court in Stuttgart in 1716 and later succeeded to the position of Oberkapellmeister in 1721.

The album title, "Behind Closed Doors," was inspired by the situation musicians faced during the 2020 Coronavirus pandemic, which led to lockdowns and concert cancellations.
