This Hybrid SACD recording aims to reproduce the natural sound of a concert venue as faithfully as possible, using a 5.0 surround sound configuration with all five channels recorded in full frequency range.
Instruments
Sharon Bezaly plays on a 24-carat gold flute specially built for her by the Muramatsu team in Japan, and also uses custom-built alto, bass, and piccolo flutes.

Sharon Bezaly, the flautist on this album, was named "Instrumentalist of the Year" by Klassik Echo in Germany in 2002 and received the Cannes Classical Award as "Young Artist of the Year" in 2003.
