Camille Berthollet played a cello generously lent by Augustin Lefebvre for this recording.
This is the second album for sisters Julie and Camille Berthollet, who have been playing together as a duo for 12 years.
The album features a collaboration with Thomas Dutronc, a singer and guitarist, on the piece "Les yeux noirs."
Guillaume Vincent, the pianist on this album, regularly performs in concert and on tour with the Berthollet sisters and is a close friend.
The album was recorded in Monte-Carlo at the Auditorium Rainer III of the Orchestre de Monte-Carlo, Monaco, between July 10 and 14, 2016.
The Berthollet sisters were accompanied by the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo, conducted by Julien Masmondet, and pianist Guillaume Vincent.
