The Vokalconsort of the Berliner Mädchenchor, a women's chamber choir, was founded in 2015 by former members of the Berlin Girls' Choir.

Christian Ridil taught at the Goethe University Frankfurt until his retirement in 2011 and was appointed University Music Director in 1994.

Sabine Wüsthoff, conductor for the Vokalconsort of the Berliner Mädchenchor, was awarded the Cross of Merit with Ribbon of the Federal Republic of Germany in 2024.

Composer Biography

Christian Ridil, born in 1943 in Wrocław, received his early musical education at the Regensburger Domspatzen music high school.

Performer Biography

The Südwestpfälzer Kinderchor, directed by Christoph Haßler, has won numerous national and international awards, including a first prize at the German Choir Festival.
