Compositional Technique
In the 'Proci' movement of the Ithaca Suite, Olivia Belli uses contrasting time signatures (3/4 for Penelope and 4/4 for the suitors) to create a tense atmosphere during the confrontation scene.

Composer's Artistic Vision
Olivia Belli, a leading voice in the neoclassical scene, developed her own musical language characterized by soft, pastel-like instrumental colors and lyrical expressiveness, favoring evocative soundscapes over flashy virtuosity.
