Sasha Stychkina, a Greek-Russian pianist, was born in Moscow in December 2003 into a family of musicians and filmmakers.

After her competition success, Sasha Stychkina decided to step back from the competition circuit to focus on artistic development, studying with Kirill Gerstein at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler Berlin.

At age fifteen, Sasha Stychkina became the youngest finalist and prizewinner in the history of the Marguerite Long International Piano Competition in Paris in November 2019.
