Composition History
All concertos on this album were co-commissioned by the Kokkola Winter Accordion Festival and the Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra, and premiered at the festival.
Performer Biography
Veli Kujala, an accordion virtuoso and composer, co-developed a microtonal quarter-tone accordion with composer Sampo Haapamäki.
