The album was recorded at Propeller Studios in Oslo from January 10-12, 2022, with Michael Hartung handling recording and mixing.

Performer Biography
The current lineup of the Helge Lien Trio, featuring Johannes Eick on bass and Knut Aalefjær on drums, became permanent after a performance at the Beijing Jazz Festival in October 2019.
