Handel’s Messiah has been one of the best loved musical works ever since its 1742 premiere: its vibrant and joyful telling of the story of Jesus has echoed through the centuries. The Gaechinger Cantorey’s recording with their principal conductor Hans-Christoph Rademann was made in September 2019, featuring several fine soloists.
