The Taiwan Philharmonic, also known as the National Symphony Orchestra (NSO), is considered one of the best orchestras in Asia and became the resident orchestra of the National Chiang Kai-Shek Cultural Center in 2005.

Recording & Production
The album was recorded live at the National Concert Hall in Taipei, with the Schumann and Korngold concertos recorded in December 2016 and the Elgar concerto in June 2017.
