Composer Biography
Mark Nowakowski, the composer, was born in Chicago in 1978 to Polish immigrants and grew up influenced by the Polish diaspora, mainstream Americana, and summers in Poland.

The overarching theme of this album, 'Metanoia', reflects composer Mark Nowakowski's long-standing concern with the Greek word's meaning: to 'change one's manner of thinking'.
