Jennifer Lim began playing piano at age four, made her debut a year later, and won the Grand Prize at the Korea Times National Music Competition at age eight.

This album was recorded in the Mendelssohn-Saal of the Gewandhaus zu Leipzig, Germany, across several sessions in 2014 and from 2021-2023.
