Four of the works on this album by Márton Illés, Steingrímur Rohloff, Tomaž Bajželj, and Alberto Carretero were commissioned for Klara Tomljanovič with support from the Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation.
Interpretation
The collaboration between Klara Tomljanovič and the composers involved a deep commitment, with Tomljanovič lending instruments and sharing her decades-developed playing techniques in joint try-outs.
