Karol Nasiłowski, the double bassist, is a soloist and leader of the double bass group at the Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic in Szczecin, and also runs his own double bass class at the Academy of Art in Szczecin.

This album was made possible by a scholarship from the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, awarded to Karol Nasiłowski in the 18th edition of the 'Młoda Polska' program.

This recording was made at the Chamber Hall of the Szczecin Philharmonic on April 28-29, 2022.
Performer Biography
Since 2017, Karol Nasiłowski, the double bassist, has been the President of the Management Board of the Strefa Melomana Foundation, which develops cultural initiatives mainly in Szczecin.

The double bass used in this recording was purchased with funds from the 'Młoda Polska' (Young Poland) program, granted by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
Performer Biography
Karol Nasiłowski, the double bassist on this album, is a graduate of the Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and a prizewinner of numerous national and international competitions.
