Performer Biography
Agnieszka Kopacka-Aleksandrowicz, the pianist, initiated Gruppo di Tempera to promote lesser-known chamber music for wind instruments and piano.
Interpretation
The artistic idea of Gruppo di Tempera is to showcase the beauty of wind instruments enriched by piano, and to introduce a wide audience to a vast but lesser-known repertoire from the 18th century to the present.
Recording & Production
The recording was made at the Krzysztof Penderecki European Music Centre in Lusławice, which provided excellent conditions and a unique atmosphere for the project.
Performer Biography
Agata Igras-Sawicka, the flutist, has performed under the baton of renowned conductors like Lord Yehudi Menuhin and Krzysztof Penderecki, and with prominent soloists such as Martha Argerich and Placido Domingo.

This album is the first recording by Gruppo di Tempera, a group of friends sharing a passion for music and new artistic challenges.
