Ewelina Nowicka, the violinist, created several of her own transcriptions for violin and piano based on music from Różycki's ballet Pan Twardowski for this album.

The conductor Zygmunt Rychert completed the score of Różycki's Violin Concerto in 2000, based on the composer's cues and piano reduction, for this recording.
