Schubert’s Winterreise ‘demands everything from the narrator’, according to Slovak tenor Pavol Breslik. His recording of this legendary and mystical song cycle follows an acclaimed release of the earlier cycle Die schöne Müllerin. In this live recording, Breslik is accompanied once again by Israeli pianist Amir Katz.
