Antonio Soler's Sonata No. 57 draws inspiration from Spanish folk music, while Sonata No. 61 features the use of the Scotch snap rhythm.

Performer Biography
Mladen Čolić, the pianist on this album, won 1st Prize at the 53rd Maria Canals International Music Competition of Barcelona in 2007.
