This album contains the first recordings of Sorabji's music for chamber ensemble and chamber orchestra, along with several world premiere recordings of art songs.

After a decades-long ban, Sorabji began to allow professional pianists to perform his music in the late 1970s, leading to many premieres and recordings.
Recording & Production
The Wild Beautiful Orchestra, based in Denver, Colorado, was founded in 2019 by Chappell Kingsland, who also serves as executive director and arranger.
Composer's Artistic Vision
Sorabji wrote thousands of pages of music, most of which were never performed in his lifetime, as he was content to write for himself and share only with close friends.
