Performer Biography
Ashley Solomon, the soloist and director of Florilegium, co-founded the ensemble in 1991 and has directed it since 2001.
Recording & Production
The recording was made in June 2022 at MuziekHaven, Zaandam, using Brüel & Kjær 4006 and Schoeps microphones, and a Horus / Merging Technologies (DSD256) digital converter.
Performer Biography
Ashley Solomon is the Head of Historical Performance at London's Royal College of Music and was awarded a Personal Chair in 2014.

This album is the second collaboration with the Spohr collection of historical flutes, featuring concertos from England, France, Germany, and Italy.
