Peter Lawson, the pianist, taught at Chetham's School of Music for 40 years and continues as a tutor in piano at the RNCM.

The North West Composers' Association received support from The Ida Carroll Trust, The Pitfield Trust, and Manchester Musical Heritage Trust for the making of this recording.

Performer Biography

Mark Rowlinson, the baritone, spent 20 years as a BBC Music Producer in Manchester, producing around 3000 programmes and managing the BBC Northern Singers.
