Giovanni Maria Trabaci, an Italian composer, spent his life in Naples, serving as organist and then maestro di cappella to the vice-regal chapel from 1601.

Trabaci's published compositions include about 165 keyboard works, many of which are also suitable for instrumental ensembles.
