Performer Biography
Piotr Szewczyk, the Polish-born violinist on this album, has been a member of the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra's first violin section since 2007.
Interpretation
A unique aspect of the Violin Futura Project is that the performer, Piotr Szewczyk, becomes a 'meta-composer' by creating a specific narrative through the carefully chosen performance order of multiple miniatures.
