Four concertos on this album, RV 378R, RV 320, RV 432R, and RV 322, are world premiere recordings, reconstructed by Pablo Queipo de Llano due to incomplete original manuscripts.

The concerto 'Il favorito' RV 277 may have earned its title due to Emperor Charles VI's fondness for the work, which Vivaldi dedicated to him in 1728.
