Bengt Berg was organist of the Matteus Church in Stockholm from 1964 until his retirement in 2000.

The recordings in Matteus Church (May 1974) and Vånga Church (September 1974) were made by Bertil Alving using a REVOX A-77 tape recorder and PEARL TC4 omni microphones.
