Composer Biography
Ed Bennett, born in Northern Ireland in 1975, grew up during years of political unrest but in a quiet seaside town, shaping his perspective to look across the water to England, Europe, and America.

The ConTempo Quartet, for whom the piece 'for JF' was written, has won a record 14 international prizes, including the Audience Prize at the London String Quartet Competition.
