Cellist Arvo Lang has been a member of the Mannheim National Theatre Orchestra since 2001 and plays a violoncello made by Giovanni Grancino in 1697.

Violinist Michael Dinnebier was the first concertmaster at the State Theatre in Gärtnerplatz in Munich from 1997 to 1999 and has been the principal of the second violins of the SWR Symphony Orchestra since 1999.
