Kenneth Fuchs continued his graduate studies in composition at The Juilliard School with Vincent Persichetti, one of America's leading symphonists and a composer of enduring works for band.

Adam Williamson, the director of the United States Coast Guard Band, was previously a tenor saxophonist in the band for ten years and a featured soloist.

Greg Case, the alto saxophonist on this recording, is co-principal saxophonist of the United States Coast Guard Band and has been a member since 1997.

Kenneth Fuchs, the composer, studied with acclaimed band composer Alfred Reed and performed under renowned band conductor Frederick Fennell at the University of Miami.
