Anatoly Lapunov, the conductor on this album, studied at the State Conservatory of Belarus and the Leningrad Conservatory, and became Principal Conductor of the Belarussian Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra in 1993.

This album was recorded in December 1994 and January 1995 at the Radio Committee Recording Studio in Minsk.
