The MEDINEA SESSION aims to develop a truly Mediterranean heritage, drawing ideas from traditions like Turkish, Ottoman, Balkan, Greek, and Gnawa music, as well as maqams and harmonies from the northern Mediterranean.

This album was recorded live at the Festival d'Aix-en-Provence on July 13th, 2022, at the Auditorium of the Conservatoire Darius Milhaud.
