At the age of 23, Jean-Baptiste Robin was appointed organist at the historic François-Henri Clicquot organ of Poitiers Cathedral.
Instruments
The album features two different organs: a Bernard Aubertin organ from 2004 at Église Saint-Louis-en-l'Île, and a historically layered organ at Église Saint-Étienne-du-Mont with parts dating from 1636 to 1991.

A key element of Jean-Baptiste Robin's innovative writing is his use of original symmetrical modes, which he calls 'réfléchissants' (reflecting), forming the basis of his musical universe.
