The Gaede Trio, comprised of Daniel Gaede (violin), Thomas Selditz (viola), and Andreas Greger (cello), is considered by some critics to be the best German ensemble of its kind.
Instruments
The cello used in this recording is an Antonio and Hieronymous Amati from 1647, kindly lent by the Landesbank Berlin.
