Mark Dalrymple, who grew up in the Pacific Northwest and matriculated at Stanford University, served as the recording engineer and technical director for the African American Composer Initiative since its founding.

Performer Biography
Picasso Ensemble, a performing group founded in 1997, plays a central role in the African American Composer Initiative and has premiered fifteen commissioned chamber and vocal/chamber works.
