Martin Steidler, the conductor, is a Professor for Choral Conducting at the University of Music and Performing Arts in Munich and has led the Audi Young Persons' Choral Academy since 2008.

Kelvin Hawthorne, the violist, has been the principal violist of the Munich Chamber Orchestra since 1987.
