Boissier began composing at the piano at age six, a method encouraged by his father so he could always physically hear the music in his mind.

Boissier identifies as a 'Neo-Romantic' composer, aiming to forge links with both the great tradition of classical music and the future by creating music that evokes feelings and bliss.

Corentin Boissier, born in 1995, was homeschooled and introduced to classical music at age two by his father, who allotted an hour per day to listening.
