The Haydn Chamber Ensemble was founded in 2013 by Cornelia Löscher, Luca Monti, and Hannes Gradwohl, who share extensive experience as chamber musicians.

Hannes Gradwohl, the cellist, was a member of the Haydn Trio Eisenstadt, which performed globally and recorded over 45 CDs, including complete trios by Haydn, Schubert, Mozart, and Beethoven.

Luca Monti, the pianist, won several first prizes with the 'Ison Trio' and is a professor for chamber music at the Vienna Conservatory Private University.
