The Schweizer Vokalconsort, founded in 2018 by Marco Amherd, consists of professional singers from across Switzerland.
Many pieces on this album were found only in manuscript form, making them difficult to access or locate.
The recording is a co-production with Schweizer Radio SRF and was made in July 2022 at Radiostudio Zürich.
